My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with nice amenities, although I should have requested a double room instead of a twin. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some staff members being tremendously helpful while others seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to public transportation and tourist attractions, but the price per night was a bit high for the overall experience. The dining options were okay, although the omelette station could be slow at times.
I had a great stay at this hotel in west Berlin. The rooms were contemporary and funky, with a moving wall between the bathroom and bedroom, very sleek and modern, comfortable, and decently sized, overlooking the Tiergarten.
